Tha Alkaholiks Drop Mixed Drinks and Beer Goggles (March 1st, 2006 Los Angeles, CA) ? On the heels of the release of their farewell album Firewater, Tha Alkaholiks this week are dropping a limited edition mixtape and a limited edition DVD as a 'special thanks' to their longtime fans. The "Mixed Drinks" CD is a mixtape served up by E-Swift and contains 15 songs the band chose which best sum the band, including "Make Room", "DAAAAM!" and "Only When I'm Drunk" to name a few.

The "Beer Goggles" DVD includes all of their music videos from 1993 to 2003 and includes unreleased and uncensored videos as well as commentary from the band. Mixed Drinks and Beer Goggles are available at www.alkaholiks.com/store Over the last decade, few artists have been able to crossover with both commercial and underground audiences as seamlessly as Tha Liks have done. Consistent fixtures year-after-year in the fickle hip hop world, Tha Alkaholiks (Tash, E-Swift and J-Ro) are considered by many to be as influential as any artist in hip hop history.

Classic Alkaholiks singles are still radio and mixtape staples. Tha Alkaholiks have released five critically acclaimed CDs: X.O. Experience, 21 & Over, Coast II Coast, Likwidation and the recent Firewater CD, which have featured a 'who's who' of hip hop's elite including Nas, Busta Rhymes, Madlib, Xzibit, Q-Tip, Kurupt, The Neptunes and Ol' Dirty Bastard to name just a few.
